Building refurbishment project in Historical Fleet Street

Initium Deliver a Fleet Street Building Project Ahead of Schedule

Initium has delivered an extensive £11,000,000 building refurbishment ahead of schedule at F160 Fleet Street. A nine floor building, the project has involved levelling access from the street and redefining the basement space to create a gym, meeting rooms and an inspiring breakout space with Wii room and cinema room.

Andrew Emden, Director at Initium, commented: “It has been a very busy project. As a considerate Contractor the scale of the building works has meant a great deal of careful planning to deliver this 9 floor transformation ahead of the planned schedule. We have also installed a number of enhancements to create a more environmentally friendly building”.

The exterior of this 1930’s building has been cleaned and fitted with new sympathetic windows and doors to enhance and maintain the original character of the building and improve its efficiency at the same time.
