Initium set out to provide a seamless service that brings together the planning, design and building elements of a project regardless of size. Initium Understanding

We research each new brief thoroughly because projects of any size need careful consideration to ensure we understand our clients budget and expectations. That way we can be sure we deliver the most cost effective, yet inspiring solution possible.

Initium Contract

We set out to have an early involvement with any new scheme, so that it can benefit from our experience during the concept planning stages, right through to the completion of the project. Getting the technical aspects right through detailed discussions with our architects, surveyors and other consulting practices is key to the success of any new scheme.

Initium Design

Our ability to take care of every aspect of the project from the planning stage onwards, means our experienced team of designers can produce accurate interpretations of the brief which start to bring our clients vision to life. And we utilise the latest 3D rendered visualisations to assist understanding when we present the project plans for our clients approval.

Initium Build

With the planning and design stages done our attention turns to the project build. Initium take great care to plan each activity so that we deliver the most efficient results we can. When we do this we have our eye on our commitment to be a considerate contractor, as well as ensuring the safety of our teams and the public by managing Health & Safety practices.

Initium Innovation

Looking for innovative products we can utilise is a challenge we enjoy. We have delivered many projects using the very latest “movable wall” technology to ensure you can get the most from your new space in the future. In 2011 Initium started using the remarkable range of flexible and modular, partitions from Hoyez. Designed to flex as your space requirements change. We used them to great effect for office partitions between larger spaces in a Cheapside serviced office development in The City of London. It provided our client with the ability to change the size of the space required quickly and more cost effectively than traditional partition walls.
