Office Solutions

Initium have a long history producing office fit outs of any size. We can help when it’s not quite an entire commercial property project. We can deliver outstanding interior refurbishments or reorganise space with new walls, partitions and doors.

We project manage the process for these smaller projects and ensure the design and finish are our usual high standard.

WALLS THAT MOVE

We can re-organise your current space to create a more productive space. We have delivered many projects using the very latest “movable wall” technology to ensure you can get the most from your new space in the future. In 2011 Initium started using the remarkable range of relocatable, flexible and modular, partitions from Hoyez. Designed to flex as your space requirements change. We used them for office partitions between larger spaces in a serviced office development in Cheapside in The City of London. It provides our clients with the ability to change the size of the space required quickly and more cost effectively than traditional partition walls.

INSPIRING INTERIORS

Our team of designers can create an inspiring space to really impress your clients. For us the devil is in the detail. We have often been asked to revitalise period properties which require a sympathetic approach to ensure the character of the building is not lost. One of our latest innovation has been to use “moveable walls” to create truly flexible space.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS

Initium are very detail driven. That way our clients can rest assured that the end result will not only be delivered on time and within budget but also create the right first impression for their own customers. We have a range of satisfied clients from start-ups such as Velocity Virtual to global brands such as the office space we created for Accenture.

NO PROJECT IS TOO SMALL

Utilising our experience delivering large property projects has given us the confidence to really excel at delivering the smallest of fit-out projects. To us no job is too small. We adopt the same planning and delivery process we use on our very biggest projects
