Welcome to Initium. We have been delivering outstanding design and build projects across London and the UK since 2003.

With our headquarters in the heart of The City of London, our team of in-house designers and architects create inspiring spaces for our clients that set a very high standard in the building sector.

From the very outset we have aimed to provide an outstanding service and deliver every aspect of a project that meets and exceeds our clients expectations. To do this we take care of all aspects of a new project, from the initial consultation and planning applications, right through the space planning stages and concluding with the design and delivery of the final space.

Initium also has a long history delivering office fit outs and refurbishments of any size. We can deliver outstanding interiors or simply reorganise your space with new walls, partitions and doors. We project manage the process for these smaller schemes and ensure the design and finish are our usual high standard.
