2nd Floor Complete Refurbishment at 150 Minories

Initium DBC have completed a complete refurbishment of the 6,308 sq ft 2nd floor at 150 Minories in the City of London.

The comprehensive rebuild of the workspace for. Business Environment from the previous floorplate took less than 8 weeks from start to completion. Included in the process was building a highly secure data comms room, full IT & Telecoms cabling and network infrastructure. The project was taken through to presenting the client with a completely finished and furnished workspace ready for immediate use.

Andy Emden, Director at Initium, said “this was a highly demanding project due to the very tight time frames involved. We had to work really hard with all parties to ensure we delivered on time, which we did.”
