Business Environment has announced that Initium DBC Ltd have completed the successful refurbishment of the lifts at its busy award winning serviced offices at 500 Avebury Boulevard.

The main benefit of this work has be an improved performance from the 2 lifts that will make them far more efficient in the future. It will also improve their reliability and give the many clients in the centre a far more consistent service. To minimise the impact of this major work each lift was completed separately to ensure access was not compromised. This has required a longer period for the work to be carried out.

Andrew Emden, director at Initium commented: “We are delighted to confirm the work to refurbish these lifts has been completed successfully at this very busy building. Initium appointed lift contractor Jackson Lift Group to complete the work, with minimal disruption to customer service at the location.”
